Ginger is the best. She is friendly and makes sure her clients are at ease. She did a color correction on my hair on top of giving me a new color and highlights and my hair turned out beautifully. I love it.

Ginger to the rescue! Like a crazy person, I did the do it at home hi-lite kit….BIG MISTAKE! I found Ginger online and through a friend. I stopped by and set up an appointment the very next day. Amazing work!!! She fixed it beautifully!! I love my color and cut! WOW!!! I am spreading the word because Ginger ROCKS!!!

I absolutely love my hair. I’ve never had my hair proffensionally done before so I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and Ginger told me what she thought would look good and I went for it and it looks amazing. I would refer anyone here wanting to get their hair done. She’s friendly, makes you feel at home, and obviously knows what she’s doing. This salon is great.

I had a perm done, and it was the best decision I ever made. I have had a lot of perms and they never seemed to work out. But this one was perfect.
Great Salon! I go in and tell Ginger what I want and she nails it first try everytime. I have never been disappointed.
Best color and cuts I have ever had. Even in L.A.
I had a really by highlight job done by a salon here in Corpus Chrsiti. They were in big, fat chunks that did not look good plus they were orange colored. I told them I wanted it to be blonde and they said my hair was to dark to get blonde. I went to Ginger for corrective color and she did a really great job. Not only did she get my highlighs blonde like I wanted, but she was able to make then thin and blended with the darker hair. I won’t ever go anywhere else and recommend this salon to anyone looking for the best stylist in town.
This place gives great cuts. I don’t like to be cut with clippers and it is hard to find a place that can use the scissors and do it right. I really liked my cut when I left.
I love this salon! Thanks so much Ginger. My cut feels so great. I love the layers that you put in it. No one has ever done it that way, I have always had a cut with scissors and then layers with the razor and it was great for a couple of days, but then it would feel frizzy and sticky. I never knew that a razor was not good for my hair type. It has been a couple of weeks now and my hair feels as good as it did the day it was cut. Thank you.

I have been to many different salons in Corpus Christi trying to find someone who could do my hair the way that I like it. I was finally able to stop looking when I found Dragonfly. She is the best that I have ever been to, and I am from the East Coast. I have been going to Ginger for 3 years now and she has never once disappointed me or failed to help me reach the look I wanted. She always has great suggestions, and on occasion I have asked her to do what ever she wanted to and the results were fantastic. She really should charge more the the sheer fabulousness.

To be honest, none of the salons in Corpus Christi even compair to Dragonfly by Ginger. Every where I went I was treated like I was doing them a favor even though I was paying high prices to go to their establishment. And their prices keep going up and up. Ginger has always been kind and pleasant. Even happy to see me. She has never treated me like I am wasting her time. She is ready to get started when I arrive for my appointment time. I have never felt uncomfortable in the salon. And she always highlights and cuts my hair exactly how I want it. Thanks Ginger. You’re the best!
My favorite thing about Dragonfly is that I only have one person in my hair. Salons here in Corpus Christi have all these employees and they claim that they are being trained, but you wind up paying the “Master Stylist” prices and having a trainee putting color in your hair. And I hate being put under the steamer for an hour or more while my hair processes while another client is taken care of. I guess I just wasn’t important enough. Ginger has never left the color on my hair to long and she has never been to busy to check on me and make sure I am comfortable and not thirsty. This is the best salon in Corpus Christi hands down.

On May 16th my daughter Alicia had a hair appoitment (which was cancelled that morning) to get ready for her senior prom at another hair salon and Ginger was SO kind by working her in between her appointments and made my daughter’s prom so special. We LOVED the way Alicia’s hair looked and we felt so welcomed and at home. We will be coming back even though we live in Aransas Pass it is worth the drive.
Yesterday was my first visit and it was awesome! Everybody at work complimented me on my new haircut and it just made my day. I can’t wait to go back and see what Ginger can do with my color. Also, BTW, I LOVE your website; it’s very user-friendly, packed with great information and it looks super cool. I am glad to see a small business using a website for more than contact information. It had been years since I had colored my hair and I was really dying to (no pun intended) when fate intervened. I went into Ginger’s salon, nervous but excited. After a brief consult, we got started and I finally (ta-da!) got the color I had wanted! I am so happy with the color and I don’t think I will ever go any where else. Ginger is amazing! My hair had been butchered by another stylist, and not only was Ginger able to fix it, she made it look amazing! I will never go to another salon again, and I can’t wait to get my hair colored and highlighted by her!
I just love Ginger and trust her professional opinions with my hair color and style! I use to do my hair with products from the stores but after experiencing the atmosphere that Ginger and her husband John have established within their shop, i’v never had a second thought about going anywhere else. Ginger is a brillant stylist and i would trust her with any color or cut for my current long blonde hair.

I use to swear by a chain hair salon in the mall but when they hacked off my hair because they didn’t listen, I started looking for someone new. When my hair finally did grow back out I found Ginger and I swear she is an artist and hair is her canvas.
Recently I was given a gift card for another hair salon in town and decided to use it. To my horror (I shouldn’t have been surprised) they made my highlights brassy. Thank god I didn’t let them touch my hair with scissors. I called Ginger right away and she took one look at my hair and knew what to do. After correcting their mess I now have beautiful hair I can be proud of.
If there is anything you should know about Ginger is that she really listens to her clients and will get it right the first time.

I just LOVE my hair. I always thought that highlights looked great but could never have them because my hair would never get light, only orange. I gave up even trying to get highlights until last week. I decided to give it one more shot but wasn’t expecting a miracle, but a miricle was what I received! I am so happy, Ginger is a genius when it comes to color, she knew exactly what to do to get my hair to lift without overprocessing it. The last time I got highlights it took forever and my hair was orange and literally falling out. I’m sure glad I gave it one more try with Ginger.

I’ve been to many different salons in the Corpus Christi Southside area in the past and my overall experiences have not been that pleasant. I went to a very large salon with lots of glass walls and they acted like they were doing me a favor. The had 3-4 people working on my shampoo, color, and cut. Way to many people at one appointment putting their hands in my hair.
With Ginger at Dragonfly by Ginger Exclusive Salon, I truly get one on one treatment. Her very cute salon is light years ahead of all my other salon experiences. She has great technique and a fantastic one on one personal touch each time I go to the salon. Her hair cuts and color techiques are by far the best in town. And she always works me in, even when she is closed. Be sure to give her a try because you won’t be sorry you did. You’ll love it!
